Résumé
The third part of the monograph on the Junkers Ju 88 is mainly devoted to the operational history of the fighter units equipped with this aircraft. Describes the battles against the USAAF and RAF submarine hunters over the Biscay Bay and Ju 88’s duties as a night fighter over Germany and the Eastern and Western Europe. The author uncoveres the fates of particular units as well as their most succesful pilots.
English & Polish text, 140 pages, 153 photos, 48 sheets of 1:48 and 1:72 scale drawings, which include specification of external changes in production-run versions of the aircraft, 5 pages of color profiles, 9 painting schemes.
